Hospital Bag
Updated: Jun 25, 2022
As a first time mom you got tons of things in your mind. But one thing is very important, your hospital bag. Here's my list based on experience. You can adjust according to your needs ;)
1. I use a small luggage rather than a carry-all bag. Its compact and has wheels, easy.
2. Baby Clothes - 2 set of overalls, bonnet, mittens, 2 swaddle, 1 blanket, optional diaper and wipes since they are normally provided.
3. Mommy Clothes - Tank-top, maternity panty, Sleep wear, buttoned shirt (for easy BF), sleepers, going home outfit, lil make-up, shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Sleeping mask if you cant sleep with lights, breastfeeding bra. And last but not the least your WINK binder. I wore this going home so i could move easily.
4. Tech essentials - phone, charger, battery pack, camera
5. Snack - bring your favorite snack
6. Baby Book.
Most of the hospitals provide all your essentials but if you have your preferences, bring them with you.
Basically its like going on a short trip!
A trip to parenthood.

This is a very helpful hospital bag guide! A buffalo leather backpack can also be a great choice for carrying daily essentials, as it is spacious, strong, and easy to carry. A good bag can make travel and important moments much more organized.
